What kind of car do you drive? What part of the city do you live in? How much money do you make in a year? Do you wear only name-brand clothing? Does any of it matter?.....We are faced with these questions almost everyday. Wouldn’t it be more HUMANE if we were asked these questions instead; What is your thought process? How do you come up with those ideas? What are your hopes, your dreams? What do you aspire to be? Don’t you think those are better questions to ask?
Our society has created gods and idol worship out of materialistic items and in turn has/have become nothing more than a bunch of consumers. When you are controlled by people with money and/or power, then you have no self-worth and guess what? You will die in OBSCURITY! – ‘THE ILLUSION OF FASHION’ takes on an educational and entertaining look at this materialism phenomenon. It is an amalgamation of a fashion show and illusion show. It is indeed an unique show. The models are men and woman who understand the concept of the show. For now,…..just enjoy your materialistic items…..because when you die you can’t take any of it with you.
